It’s
Amazing!
It's
great for kids too. For instance,
when you are asked to take a deep
breath and exhale you’ll
notice that the balls on the screen
move.
The
deeper you breathe and the stronger
you exhale, the more movement
you achieve (the balls spin faster).
You instantly see the results
of deeper breathing and you feel
it as well!
There

Another
great one is learning to be calm
and centered. The object of this
exercise is to raise a ball and
hold it in mid-air using your
"calmness". I must admit
I struggled with this one initially
but once I learnt how to focus
and let go of tension I was actually
able to keep the ball afloat.
Lose focus and it drops immediately.

to de-stress yourself almost as
